Refund Policy

Both defective and non-defective returns can be requested for eligible new goods, and exchange applications are welcome. Non-defective examples include choosing the wrong product, deciding against it or preferring another option. Those items must be unused, unchanged and accompanied by their original packaging, tags and accessories. We also review reports of damage, faults, wrong shipments, absent parts or significant description mismatch.

How to ask for review

Mail return instructions

The parcel includes a free prepaid return label for an eligible approved mail return. Contact us if the label is lost or absent. Approval will identify the proper destination; do not assume the mailing address is a returns center. We charge no restocking fee. A requested exchange can proceed only if inventory is available.

How credits are issued

Following approval, the refund is processed and initiated to the original payment method within 10 days. Banks and payment providers control any additional posting delay. Applicable statutory protections continue to apply.
